Welcome to Restrography (“Restrography”, “we”, “our” or “us”), a hospitality technology platform connecting hospitality professionals, restaurants, hotels, cafés, cloud kitchens, recruiters, vendors and industry consultants.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, accounts, candidate profiles, recruitment tools, job listings, CV services, matching features, messaging facilities and related services.
By accessing or using Restrography, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use our professional recruitment and business services.

3. Nature of Our Services
Restrography provides technology and discovery tools that may include:
- Candidate registration and professional profile creation.
- CV uploads and AI-assisted CV formatting.
- Job discovery, vacancy listings and candidate–job matching.
- Employer registration, candidate browsing and shortlisting.
- Recruitment-related messaging and interview coordination.
- Restaurant, vendor, consultant and service-provider discovery.
- Related technology, recruitment and hospitality business services introduced from time to time.
- Features may be added, modified, suspended or discontinued as the platform develops.
Restrography acts as a technology platform facilitating connections between users. Unless expressly agreed in a separate written contract, we do not act as the employer, recruitment decision-maker, guarantor of a candidate's qualifications or party to the employment relationship between a candidate and an employer.
4. User Accounts and Registration
You agree to:
- Provide information that is accurate, current and not misleading.
- Keep your account credentials secure.
- Update your profile when relevant information changes.
- Use only accounts you are authorised to operate.
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
- Avoid creating duplicate, fraudulent or impersonation accounts.
- We may restrict access or request additional verification where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, its users or its integrity.
5. Candidate Responsibilities
Candidates and hospitality professionals agree that:
- CVs, work histories, skills, qualifications and other submitted information will be accurate to the best of their knowledge.
- They have the right to upload and share the information and documents they submit.
- They will not impersonate another person or misrepresent their employment history, experience or credentials.
- They will use the platform for genuine professional and recruitment purposes.
- They will not misuse employer contact information or attempt to access unauthorised candidate or employer data.
Candidates understand that relevant professional information and CVs may be shared with authenticated employers through the platform's recruitment workflows, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Restrography does not guarantee that a candidate will receive interviews, job offers, employment or a particular salary.
6. Employer and Recruiter Responsibilities
Employers, restaurants, hotel groups, recruiters and other hiring users agree that:
They are authorised to represent the business or organisation they register.
Job listings accurately describe the role, location, compensation information and material employment conditions to the best of their knowledge.
- They will use candidate information solely for legitimate recruitment and related hiring purposes.
- They will not scrape, resell, redistribute or commercially exploit candidate data outside authorised platform functionality.
- They will not discriminate unlawfully, harass candidates or use candidate information for unrelated purposes.
- They will handle candidate information securely and in accordance with applicable privacy and employment laws.
- They will respect candidate confidentiality and applicable restrictions on downloading, storing and sharing CVs.
- Employers are responsible for their own interview, selection, background-checking, employment, compensation and workplace decisions.
- Restrography does not independently guarantee the accuracy of every candidate profile, employer representation, vacancy or credential.
7. Job Listings and User-Generated Content
Users may submit job descriptions, CVs, profiles, company information, portfolio material, messages and other content (“User Content”).
You retain your rights in your User Content. By submitting it, you grant Restrography a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, store, process, format, display and share it as reasonably necessary to provide the services you request, operate the platform, maintain security and fulfil applicable legal obligations.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content is lawful and that you have permission to submit it.
You must not upload, publish or transmit content that:
- Is fraudulent, misleading, defamatory or unlawful.
- Infringes another person's intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Contains another person's confidential information without authorisation.
- Is abusive, threatening, harassing or discriminatory.
- Contains malware, malicious code or unauthorised links.
- Advertises fictitious vacancies or impersonates a legitimate employer.
- Attempts to obtain another user's private data without authorisation.
- We may remove, restrict or disable access to content that violates these Terms or applicable law, subject to legal requirements.
8. AI-Powered Features
Restrography may use AI and automated processes to structure CVs, classify job roles, identify relevant skills and recommend potential candidate–job matches.
These features are designed to assist discovery and do not guarantee that a recommendation is accurate, complete or suitable.
AI-generated CVs and structured profiles should be reviewed by the relevant user before being shared or relied upon. Users remain responsible for the accuracy of information they submit or approve.
Restrography does not make binding employment decisions on behalf of employers. Employers remain responsible for their hiring decisions and must comply with applicable anti-discrimination and employment laws.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Our collection and handling of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
By using the platform, you acknowledge that relevant information may be processed to provide account services, recruitment matching, communications, security and other disclosed purposes.
You must not use personal information obtained through Restrography in a manner that violates privacy rights, applicable law or these Terms.
Requests relating to access, correction, consent withdrawal or account deletion may be submitted through the controls available on the platform or by contacting support@restrography.com.
10. Intellectual Property
Restrography and its associated branding, logos, website design, software, interface, matching systems and original platform materials are owned by or licensed to the platform operator, except where otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, scrape or commercially exploit platform materials or functionality without permission, except where permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your CV, profile or other User Content to Restrography.
11. Prohibited Activities
You must not:
- Access or attempt to access accounts, databases or files without authorisation.
- Circumvent authentication, security controls or access restrictions.
- Scrape, harvest or bulk-export candidate or employer information without authorisation.
- Use bots or automated scripts to abuse the platform.
- Upload malicious software or interfere with website functionality.
- Publish fraudulent vacancies or misleading business information.
- Use the platform to harass, discriminate against, threaten or defraud others.
- Sell or share platform credentials.
- Use the platform for unlawful, deceptive or unauthorised commercial activities.
We may investigate suspected misuse and take proportionate action, including restricting accounts, removing content or reporting unlawful conduct where appropriate.
12. Third-Party Services
The platform may rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, storage, email delivery, AI processing and other functionality. These services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Restrography is not responsible for independent third-party services that it does not control. Their involvement does not remove our responsibility for obligations that apply to us under law.
13. Fees and Payments
Some services may be free, while others may be introduced on a paid, subscription, listing, placement or transaction basis.
Any applicable fees, billing cycles, payment conditions, cancellation rules and refund terms will be disclosed before you commit to a paid service or in a separate agreement.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, access to a free feature does not guarantee that it will remain free indefinitely.
No payment obligation will arise solely from these Terms unless the relevant service and applicable charges have been clearly communicated and accepted.
14. Service Availability and Disclaimer
We aim to provide a reliable platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or continuously available access.
Services may be affected by maintenance, technical failures, third-party outages, security incidents or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the platform is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee employment, successful recruitment, candidate suitability, business leads, commercial outcomes or uninterrupted access to any particular feature.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Restrography will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including loss of profits, business opportunities or employment opportunities.
- We are not responsible for independent decisions, representations or conduct of candidates, employers, vendors or other users.
- This section does not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
16. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the platform at any time and may delete your account through the account deletion feature available in Settings, where available.
We may suspend, restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary due to a material breach of these Terms, fraud, security concerns, unlawful conduct, misuse of personal information or legal requirements.
Where appropriate and lawful, we will provide notice or an opportunity to address the issue.
Termination does not automatically require deletion of records that must be retained under applicable law. Data handling after termination is governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Where required, we will provide notice or obtain consent before changes take effect. Continued use after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance where legally valid.
19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to mandatory legal requirements and applicable dispute-resolution procedures, the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India, shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
